Platform Overview
X-01 is a digital asset exchange for real-world utility. Users buy, hold, and trade verified access passes tied to music, games, and businesses. Markets use company-set base prices, organic trading volume, and a protocol Community Vault — not a guaranteed fixed liquidity floor.
Access Passes
An Access Pass is a verifiable digital asset — not a subscription. You own it outright, can use the attached perks while you hold it, and list it on the terminal when you are done. Prices respond to real demand and brand utility.
The Exchange Terminal
The terminal is the live peer-to-peer market for passes. Buy and sell instantly without waiting for order matching. Portfolio, pricing, volume, and liquidity are visible in real time for every verified listing.
Community Vault & Market Pricing
Acquisition and relinquishment of Keys are governed by company-set base prices and dynamic market liquidity from organic trading volume. A Community Vault allocation backs protocol liquidity; Xapitol does not guarantee a fixed floor or secondary market depth outside the protocol.
Identity & Wallets
Sign in with XloudID to access the platform. Your profile vault holds Keys and USD cash balances. Holdings and activity sync across web and mobile through the same authenticated session.
For Businesses
Verified brands launch utility passes to raise non-dilutive capital, deliver perks to holders, and build a liquid secondary market around their product. Apply through the founders portal to launch on the exchange.
